We are looking for an Associate Digital Marketing Manager with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing who can independently manage and execute digital marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta and other relevant platforms.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns, budgets and performance.
- Monitor leads, conversions, CPL, CAC, ROAS and other key performance metrics.
- Handle SEO, social media, content marketing and other digital marketing activities.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work with the creative and content team to develop effective marketing campaigns.
- Track website and campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platforms and strategies.

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of practical experience in Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.




- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing and conversion optimization.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be familiar with industry-standard digital marketing software and tools used for campaign management, analytics, SEO, social media management, email marketing and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, email marketing platforms, CRM tools and similar software is preferred.
- Should be comfortable learning and working with new marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects independently.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates with a proven track record or measurable campaign results will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
