About the Role

We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and target-driven Business Development Associates (BDA) to join our growing EdTech sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills and be passionate about sales, counseling, and helping learners choose the right educational programs.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students and leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Understand students' educational and career requirements.
- Counsel prospective learners and recommend suitable courses and programs.
- Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and convert qualified leads into enrollments.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales, revenue, and enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information on CRM.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and provide an excellent counseling experience.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment and onboarding process.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience in EdTech Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Academic Counseling, or B2C Sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong sales mindset may also be considered.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented.
- Ability to manage leads and follow-ups effectively using CRM tools.
