Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive cum Trainer with practical HR knowledge and good communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for handling basic HR activities and conducting practical training sessions for students and interns.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle recruitment and interview coordination.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, and HR records.
- Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
- Support basic payroll and HR operations.
- Maintain HR documents and reports.
- Conduct practical HR training sessions for students and interns.
- Explain HR concepts clearly using practical examples.
- Prepare assignments and activities related to HR.
- Guide and evaluate students during training sessions.
- Coordinate training schedules and ensure timely completion of sessions.

Required Skills





- 6 months – 1 year of experience in HR.
- Good knowledge of basic HR functions.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct practical and engaging sessions.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- MBA/M.Com/PG Diploma in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- Previous training or teaching experience will be an added advantage.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with practical HR experience, valuable communication skills, and the ability to conduct effective training sessions will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
