- Machine Setup & Programming: Input precise specifications (length, width, and thickness) from architectural blueprints or work orders into the CTL control panel
- Line Monitoring & Adjustments: Oversee the automated line—including the straightener, leveler, and shearing units—making minor mechanical or digital tweaks to eliminate edge defects or curling
- Quality Control: Measure cut plates using vernier calipers or tape measures to verify strict adherence to project tolerances.
- Routine Maintenance: Clean shear blades, lubricate moving parts, and report critical mechanical faults to maintenance staff.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
