We are looking for an experienced Selenium Automation Trainer with strong hands-on expertise in Playwright Automation to deliver offline, instructor-led classroom training to students and working professionals.

The candidate must have prior classroom/technical training experience. Candidates with only software testing/automation experience but no proven training or teaching experience will not be considered.

The role requires a combination of strong technical knowledge, real-time project experience, and the ability to explain complex automation concepts through practical, hands-on classroom sessions. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct offline, instructor-led classroom training on Selenium and Playwright Automation.
- Deliver training from basic to advanced levels using practical, industry-oriented examples.
- Provide live coding demonstrations and hands-on exercises.
- Teach Selenium WebDriver, automation frameworks, test execution, debugging, and reporting.
- Train participants on Playwright Automation using JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Explain Playwright concepts including:
- Locators and selectors
- Assertions
- Fixtures
- Hooks
- Page Object Model
- Parallel execution
- Cross-browser testing
- Debugging and Trace Viewer
- Screenshots, videos, and reports
- API automation
- Guide learners in developing real-time Selenium and Playwright automation frameworks.
- Teach framework design using POM, Data-Driven, Hybrid and modular approaches.
- Provide practical exposure to Git, CI/CD, Jenkins/GitHub Actions,



and automation best practices.
- Mentor students on real-world testing projects and troubleshoot their automation issues.
- Conduct assignments, assessments, coding exercises, doubt-clearing sessions, and mock interviews.
- Customize training content based on learner/client requirements.
- Track learner progress and provide constructive technical feedback.
- Stay current with Selenium, Playwright, and modern QA automation practices.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver.
- Robust hands-on experience in Playwright Automation – Mandatory.
- Previous classroom/offline training experience – Mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Java and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks.
- Solid understanding of:
- TestNG / JUnit or equivalent
- Page Object Model
- Data-driven testing
- Hybrid/framework architecture
- XPath and CSS selectors
- Cross-browser testing
- Test execution and reporting
- Knowledge of API Testing.
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub and CI/CD integration.
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and QA methodologies.
- Real-time project experience in automation testing.

Mandatory Training Experience

Candidates must have demonstrable experience in:





- Offline/classroom training
- Instructor-led technical sessions
- Hands-on coding/lab sessions
- Training students, freshers, or working professionals
- Creating training materials and practical assignments
- Handling classroom doubts and troubleshooting
- Mentoring learners on real-time projects

Important: Classroom/technical training experience is a mandatory requirement, not merely a preferred qualification. Current Selenium/Playwright trainer postings similarly distinguish prior trainer experience as a core requirement. Ffoundit+1

Preferred Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in QA Automation/SDET/Software Testing.
- 2+ years of proven training/teaching experience.
- Experience delivering offline classroom batches.
- Experience training corporate employees or working professionals.
- Experience with Selenium-to-Playwright migration or modernizing automation frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
