Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining and improving product quality by monitoring quality parameters, conducting inspections, identifying defects, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with company quality standards.

- Monitor quality at various stages of the production process.
- Inspect raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Ensure production meets specified quality standards and customer requirements.
- Identify quality issues, defects, and process deviations.
- Take corrective and preventive actions to reduce quality problems.
- Maintain quality inspection records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and other departments for quality improvement.
- Conduct regular quality checks and process audits.
- Analyze quality data and identify recurring problems.
- Monitor rejection, wastage, and rework and take necessary corrective action.




- Ensure proper calibration and usage of quality inspection instruments.
- Train and guide quality inspectors and production employees on quality requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
- Support customer complaint investigation and corrective action.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safety practices in the quality area.

Qualification

Any degree / Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

Experience in Spinning Mill / Textile Industry Quality Control will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
