BeOutlier runs entrepreneurship programs and bootamps for 13- to 17-year-olds. We work with top IB schools across Mumbai and are expanding to Pune and Bangalore.

We're looking for someone to own the enrolment engine end to end.

What the role is :
Sign schools as partners.
Fix meetings with principals and decision-makers.
Run parent sessions and convert them into paid enrolments.
Build the pipeline and playbook from scratch, then hire and lead the team under you. Mumbai-based, with travel to Pune and Bangalore. (On company's Allowances)

What we're looking for:
- 2 to 4 years in B2B sales, ideally something that needed convincing
- Comfortable cold calling and walking into institutions unannounced




- Strong at fixing meetings and closing conversions, not just following up
- Runs their own pipeline without being chased
- Can pitch a principal on Monday and a parent on Saturday

Compensation - ₹30,000/month fixed + incentive on schools signed and enrolments closed. ESOPs based on commitment and performance.

Exponential upside growth potential; right after summer 2027, salary will be revised.
