About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in developing, customizing, maintaining, and optimizing WordPress websites.

The candidate will work closely with designers, SEO specialists, content writers, and marketing teams to build rapid, responsive, secure, SEO-friendly, and conversion-focused websites.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain WordPress websites from start to finish.
- Convert Figma, PSD, XD, or other design files into responsive WordPress websites.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins according to project requirements.
- Develop custom WordPress themes and templates when required.
- Create and customize pages using popular page builders such as Elementor, Gutenberg, or WPBakery.
- Install, configure, update, and manage WordPress plugins.
- Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress errors, bugs, and compatibility issues.
- Ensure websites are responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Optimize websites for speed, Core Web Vitals, SEO, and user experience.
- Implement on-page SEO requirements such as proper headings, URLs, schema, metadata, internal linking, and semantic HTML.
- Maintain website security, backups, updates, and performance.
- Integrate third-party tools, APIs, forms, analytics, payment gateways, and marketing platforms when required.
- Manage website migrations, staging environments, and production deployments.
- Work with SEO and content teams to implement website optimization recommendations.
- Perform regular website testing and quality assurance before deployment.
- Monitor websites for broken links, technical issues,



security vulnerabilities, and performance problems.
- Maintain clean, organized, and reusable code.
- Document website changes, customizations, and technical processes.

Required Skills

- Strong experience with WordPress development and administration.
- Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, PHP, and JavaScript.
- Experience with WordPress themes, child themes, plugins, widgets, menus, and custom post types.
- Experience with Elementor or similar WordPress page builders.
- Good understanding of responsive web design.
- Knowledge of MySQL and WordPress database structure.
- Experience troubleshooting WordPress errors and plugin/theme conflicts.
- Understanding of website security and WordPress best practices.
- Basic understanding of technical SEO.
- Experience optimizing WordPress websites for speed and Core Web Vitals.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Ability to work with Git/GitHub is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Experience developing custom WordPress themes and plugins.
- Experience with WooCommerce.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party API integrations.
- Experience with JavaScript/jQuery.
- Knowledge of Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
- Experience with website migrations and hosting environments.
- Familiarity with Cloudflare, CDN, caching, and image optimization.
- Knowledge of schema markup and structured data.
- Understanding of SEO, AEO, and LLM-friendly website structures.
- Experience with website security tools and malware troubleshooting.
- Experience working with staging and production environments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
