We are looking for an experienced Visa Process Consultant with hands-on experience in Germany Opportunity Card (Chancenkarte) processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Germany Opportunity Card (Chancenkarte) applications from eligibility assessment through submission and follow-up.
- Evaluate client profiles and identify applicable documentation requirements.
- Review and verify client documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare and submit visa applications as per applicable requirements.
- Coordinate with clients to collect required documents and resolve documentation gaps.
- Monitor application progress and provide timely updates to clients.
- Maintain accurate case records, application trackers, and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with sales and documentation teams for smooth case processing.
- Ensure compliance with Germany immigration requirements and company SOPs.
- Handle client queries professionally throughout the application process.




- Maintain confidentiality of client documents and personal information.
- Support other immigration-related operational activities as assigned by management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in immigration or visa processing.
- Hands-on experience in Germany Opportunity Card (Chancenkarte) processing.
- Strong knowledge of Germany immigration procedures and documentation requirements.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
