About the Role

We're looking for a 3D & Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team, supporting pitch decks, event concepts, stage/set visualizations, and brand collateral across verticals. You'll work closely with the events, marketing, and business development teams to turn ideas into compelling visuals — from concept sketches to presentation-ready 3D renders.

Key Responsibilities

- Create 3D renders and visualizations for stage designs, event layouts, booths, and experiential setups
- Design pitch decks, company profiles, and client-facing presentations
- Develop social media creatives (posts, carousels, reels covers) aligned with brand guidelines
- Produce branding collateral:



logos, signage, banners, backdrops, and print-ready materials
- Collaborate with the events team to visualize concepts for client pitches and approvals
- Maintain design consistency across all touchpoints (digital, print, on-ground)
- Manage multiple projects and turnaround quickly under event timelines

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design; 3D/visualization experience required
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D tools (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both 2D graphic design and 3D rendering work
- Experience in event, hospitality, or brand experiential design preferred
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a rapid-paced environment
- Good communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

- Experience with stage/set design for live events or concerts
- Basic knowledge of video editing (Premiere Pro / After Effects)
- Prior experience in an event management or agency setup

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
