Requirements
- Strong experience in Blue & Grey Collar Hiring
- Hospitality/Hotel recruitment experience preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
- Confident, proactive and self-driven
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment
- Willingness to travel for hiring activities, if required
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities
- Source and screen candidates for hospitality roles
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
- Support hiring drives and local market recruitment
