Landing Page UX Planner & Designer

About the Position

We are looking for a Landing Page UX Planner & Designer who can combine creative design with a strong understanding of user behavior and digital marketing. The candidate will plan and design landing pages that take users through a clear journey and encourage them to enquire, call, WhatsApp, or submit a form.

The ideal candidate should understand that a successful landing page is not just about attractive visuals—it should be designed around user intent and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan the complete landing page structure according to the target audience and campaign objective.
- Define the user journey from the first section to the final CTA.
- Create wireframes and UI designs for conversion-focused landing pages.
- Plan the placement of headlines, benefits, services, testimonials, FAQs, CTAs, forms, and trust-building elements.
- Design clear navigation and visual hierarchy so users can easily understand the offering.
- Create strong conversion points for enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp conversations, and lead forms.
- Develop responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Work with content and digital marketing teams to align the landing page with advertising campaigns.




- Review existing landing pages and identify opportunities for better UX and lead conversion.
- Coordinate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Continuously improve landing page layouts based on campaign requirements and performance insights.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in UI/UX, landing page design, web design, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of user experience, conversion funnels, and landing page planning.
- Ability to think from a visitor's perspective and create a logical section-wise journey.
- Knowledge of conversion-focused design principles.
- Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Canva, or similar design software.
- Understanding of CTA placement, lead forms, WhatsApp integration, and enquiry-generation elements.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads and digital marketing funnels will be an advantage.
- Robust communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Portfolio demonstrating landing page or UI/UX work is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
