- Responsible for the complete order execution cycle, from costing and development samples through production handling, shipment, and delivery.
- Manage buyer relationships closely, ensuring effective communication, timely follow-ups, and customer satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle.
- Conduct daily reviews with the Manager regarding new development samples, production fabrics, trims, and overall order progress.
- Coordinate with the Fabric and Purchase teams for timely order placement and material procurement.
- Liaise with buyers and the Sampling team to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with customer requirements, fit specifications, and sample approvals.
- Follow up on fabrics and trims to ensure accurate lead times and timely in-house availability of all required materials.
- Monitor and control product quality,



ensuring that production meets approved standards and customer specifications.
- Coordinate shipping plans, export/import documentation, and related activities to ensure smooth and timely shipments.
- Manage and monitor the complete production process, including fabric, CAD, sewing, finishing, and shipment, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality requirements.
- Take overall responsibility for order coordination, production follow-up, quality control, and timely shipment while maintaining solid relationships with buyers and internal teams.
