ABOUT US

AVM Granite is a tile, stones and composites showroom in Hubli. We work with homeowners, architects, interior designers and contractors across North Karnataka.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for one person to own our social media completely, from idea to published post. This is a hands-on content role, not a coordination role. You will be shooting and editing the content yourself, at our showroom and at customer sites in and around Hubli.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar

- Research content ideas and trends relevant to interiors, home building and stone

- Script and write hooks for reels and short videos

- Shoot video and photos at our showroom and at installation sites

- Edit reels, add subtitles, design carousels and do basic photo editing

- Publish and manage Instagram as the primary platform, with content adapted for Facebook, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile and WhatsApp

- Respond to comments and direct messages, and pass genuine customer enquiries to the sales team

- Support creatives for paid ad campaigns

- Report monthly on reach,



engagement and enquiries generated

REQUIREMENTS

- Based in Hubli or Dharwad, able to work in person at our Gokul Road showroom

- Able to shoot on a smartphone and edit independently

- Working knowledge of reel editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush or similar

- Comfortable speaking Kannada, English, Hindi with customers and staff

- Positive visual judgement, and able to explain why one shot works better than another

- Willing to learn about marble, granite, tiles and surfaces

PREFERRED, NOT MANDATORY

- Prior experience handling social media for a brand, business or agency

- Photography or videography experience

- Basic design skills in Canva or Photoshop

WE DO NOT REQUIRE

- A specific degree or marketing qualification

- Agency background

- A minimum number of years of experience

HIRING PROCESS

1. Send three samples of content you have made, along with details of any brands or businesses you have worked with and what you handled for them

2. Shortlisted candidates are invited for a paid one-week trial at our showroom, producing three reels

3. Offer based on the trial

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
