Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of jewellery stock and other inventory.
- Monitor all stock inward and outward movements.
- Verify physical stock against system records and documents.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper tagging, barcode, SKU, and product identification.
- Maintain records of sales, transfers, returns, repairs, and stock adjustments.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, Accounts, and Management teams regarding stock-related matters.
- Identify and immediately report any stock mismatch, shortage, excess, damage, or discrepancy.
- Ensure stock is stored safely and systematically according to company SOPs.
- Maintain proper documentation for all stock movements.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports for management.
- Ensure jewellery stock is handled only as per authorized procedures.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of inventory-related information.
