KareXpert Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for detail-oriented and analytical professionals to join our Quality Assurance (QA) Team and contribute to delivering reliable, high-quality healthcare technology solutions.

- Qualification: MBA – Healthcare / Hospital Management OR B.Tech / B.E.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform manual testing of web and application-based healthcare software.
- Understand product requirements, workflows, and functional specifications.
- Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, defects, and functional issues.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and system testing.
- Validate HIMS/HMIS workflows across modules such as OPD, IPD, Billing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, Nursing, and Administration.
- Coordinate with Product, Development, Implementation, and Support teams for defect resolution.
- Retest resolved issues and verify fixes before product release.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release validation.
- Maintain testing documentation, defect trackers, and QA reports.




- Ensure software functionality meets defined business and customer requirements.
- Support continuous improvement of product quality and user experience.

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of Software Testing / Quality Assurance
- Knowledge of test cases, bug reporting, and defect tracking
- Understanding of healthcare/hospital workflows
- Basic knowledge of HIMS/HMIS or Healthcare IT
- Solid attention to detail
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to coordinate with technical and non-technical teams
- Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, or automation testing will be an added advantage
