Experience: 1–4 years in LAP / Mortgage / Secured Loans
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and source Loan Against Property (LAP) leads through direct and channel sales.
- Handle customers from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Build and maintain strong customer and DSA relationships.
- Collect documents and coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams.
- Conduct field visits and achieve monthly sales/disbursement targets.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in LAP/Mortgage/secured lending preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Target-oriented with positive local market knowledge.
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
