- 2–5 years of experience in operations/site/centre management.
- Experience in pet boarding, daycare, veterinary, hospitality, retail, salon or another service business is preferred.
- Solid people-management skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills ( English and Hindi)
- Comfortable managing a team of frontline employees.
- Good customer-service orientation.
- Basic proficiency with WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and digital tools.
- Comfortable working around pets.
- High ownership, integrity and accountability.
