Graphic Designer

DigitalNextep is looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to create engaging visual content for digital marketing, social media, websites, and branding.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality graphics for social media, websites, blogs, advertisements, email campaigns, and other digital marketing materials.
- Design social media posts, banners, promotional creatives, infographics, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Develop creative concepts that align with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and campaign goals.
- Maintain consistency in brand colors, typography, layouts, and visual style.
- Edit and enhance images and other visual assets as required.
- Adapt designs for different platforms, screen sizes, and advertising formats.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
- Take feedback positively and make revisions when required.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design and digital marketing trends.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience with Canva and/or Figma is preferred.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.




- Experience designing content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Solid creative and conceptual thinking skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain design consistency.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant design work is required.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design.
- Experience with video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital advertising creatives and marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with an agency, IT company, SaaS company, or digital marketing team is an advantage.

Education

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
