- Assist in preparing salads, cold dishes, dressings and sauces.
- Complete daily mise en place as instructed by the senior chef.
- Follow standard recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cold kitchen section.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Check freshness and quality of vegetables, herbs and other ingredients.
- Assist senior chefs during service and maintain smooth section operations.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
