About the Role

We are seeking an ESG Operations with a strong foundation in environmental sustainability to help clients quantify environmental impacts, execute decarbonization strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Scope and leadership responsibilities will scale based on candidate experience (0–8 years).

Key Responsibilities

· Environmental & Carbon Accounting: Calculate Scope 1, 2, and 3 GHG emissions, assess energy usage, water scarcity, and waste footprint data.

· Decarbonization & Climate Strategy: Assist clients in establishing Science-Based Targets (SBTi) and net-zero transition roadmaps.

· Compliance & Auditing: Perform Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and audit against ISO standards +91-XXXXXXXXXX).

· Framework Disclosures:



Draft environmental sections for disclosures under CDP, TCFD, GRI, and CSRD/ESRS standards.

Project Delivery: Lead technical environmental engagements, manage client accounts, and mentor junior data analysts.

Requirements

· Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or Ecology.

· Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of GHG Protocol, life-cycle assessments (LCA), climate risk modeling, and advanced Excel skills.

· Certifications (Bonus): ISO 14001 Auditor, Lead GHG Verifier, LEED AP, GRI Certified, or IEMA membership.
