Oryx Village Restaurant is looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to join our team!

_Position:_ Executive Chef

_Location:_ Oryx Village Restaurant, Kanhangad, Kerala

_Industry:_ Restaurant / Hospitality

_Requirements:_

- Minimum _7+ Years of Experience_ as an Executive Chef in a busy multi-cuisine restaurant / hotel kitchen.

- Strong expertise in _Kitchen Cost Control_, Inventory & Wastage Management.

- Ability to handle _Overall Day-to-Day Kitchen Operations_ efficiently.

- Capable of leading and managing a team in a high-volume, busy kitchen environment.

- Knowledge of menu planning, food quality, hygiene standards and staff training.

We are looking for a leader who can maintain quality, control costs, and run the kitchen smoothly.
