We're growing fast — and looking for a goal-oriented, agile UX/UI Designer to help us deliver intuitive, high-impact solutions for our diverse users: from on-the-go cleaners and residential customers to government CORs, strategic partners, and internal admin teams.

What You’ll Do

- Design and iterate on mobile apps, web platforms, and admin dashboards
- Translate requirements into clean wireframes, mockups, and Figma-based prototypes
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to move fast with clarity
- Understand user goals, business objectives, and technical dependencies
- Create role-based user flows for customers, janitors, partners, and back-office users
- Maintain and evolve our multi-user design system
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG compliance)

What We’re Looking For





- 3–5+ years of UX/UI experience with mobile, web, and admin dashboards
- Strong in Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools
- Clear understanding of agile, goal-driven product design
- Ability to move fast, prioritize outcomes, and work independently
- Experience collaborating remotely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Bonus: knowledge of GovTech, logistics, or compliance-driven platforms

Compensation

- Contract Basis: ₹1,000 – ₹1,200/hour
- Pay via Payoneer; paid monthly
- Final rate will be based on experience, portfolio, and performance in review stage
