Job Description

- Learn ERP application as per the training provided.
- Team Handling.
- Train end-users on specific modules of Software as per project requirements.
- Participate in all ERP & OMS implementation steps as assigned.
- Understand the entire e-commerce business of Customers
- Coordination with Client team in order to execute the Project.
- Report on project performance/project risks, issue logs, and their resolution to management.
- Provide post-go-live support as needed until stabilization is achieved.
- Understand the entire e-commerce business of Customers
- Educate and train new customers on OMS Solution Part.

It is a dual role of ERP Project Management having the expertise OMS Implementation.

Essential Requirements:

- Must be a self-starter,



comfortable working in a structured but dynamic environment.
- Must have experience in Team handling.
- Understanding the functional requirements from clients.
- Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization.
- Graduate in the commerce stream is a MUST.
- OMS / E-Commerce Business knowledge is a MUST.
- Open to traveling for project-related work.
- Robust interpersonal skills and communication in both the forms. and delivery of reports.

Knowing regional languages other than English & Hindi is an added advantage.
