Job Summary

The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining robust relationships with customers, understanding their requirements, providing timely support, resolving queries, and contributing to customer retention and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Communicate with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person interactions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, applications, payments, renewals, and other requirements.
- Maintain updated customer databases and records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.




- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Support the sales team in converting leads into customers.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and collect feedback.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly customer follow-up reports.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer information.

Salary & Perks

- ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)
