Role Overview :

Travelwings, a fast-growing travel and tourism brand, is dedicated to creating seamless travel

experiences for our customers worldwide. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS

Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing, analyzing, and reporting

data to support business decision-making, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in all

reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities :

● Collect, compile, and maintain operational and performance data.

● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management and relevant departments.

● Handle DSR invoicing and reconciliation with accuracy and timeliness.

● Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

● Generate dashboards, presentations, and ad-hoc reports as required.

● Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of reports.





● Coordinate with different departments (Operations, Finance and Marketing) for data

requirements.

● Automate reporting processes where possible to increase efficiency.

● Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all organizational data.

Required Skills & Expertise

● 1-2 years of experience in MIS/ Reporting/ Data Analysis roles.

● Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) is a MUST.

● Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Good communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
