Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Territory Sales Manager with experience in the pharma or medical devices industry, preferably in Gastroenterology.
The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing hospital relationships, managing channel partners, and achieving business targets across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business growth across the assigned territory.
- Promote and increase adoption of Gastroenterology products across hospitals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, KOLs, and hospital personnel.
- Develop and manage channel partners.
- Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and follow company reporting processes.
- Support customers and hospital teams during product usage when required.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Pharma or Medical Devices.
- Gastroenterology experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience in field sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of hospital and healthcare environments.
- Ability to build strong relationships with doctors and hospital personnel.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Pharmacy.
- OT exposure and experience being present during surgeries is an added advantage.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and PowerPoint.
Compensation
CTC: ₹5-6.5 LPA
Annual Incentive: 20%
