Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for engine-related products and systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve engine performance and operational issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with customers, service teams, and internal stakeholders to address technical concerns.
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements for reliability and efficiency.
- Support product testing, validation, and field issue resolution activities.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to product/system enhancement projects.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Production Engineering, or related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in product engineering, engine support,



or technical troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of IC Engines, engine systems, and related components.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving engine-related technical issues.
- Knowledge of root cause analysis tools and problem-solving methodologies.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and test reports.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Oracle, Windchill, and IMS systems for product data management, engineering change management, and lifecycle documentation.
- Knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) creation, management, and maintenance throughout the product development lifecycle
- Strong analytical mindset with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and technical documentation
