Key Responsibilities

Procurement Operations

- Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders.
- Obtain quotations and conduct commercial evaluations.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Ensure timely placement and follow-up of purchase orders.

MRO Procurement

- Procure maintenance spares and consumables including:
- - Bearings
- Motors
- Electrical Components
- Pneumatic Components
- Fasteners
- Lubricants
- Safety Items
- Packaging Materials

Service Procurement

- Manage procurement of:
- - Facility Management Services
- Security Services
- Housekeeping Contracts
- Calibration Services
- Transportation and Logistics Services
- Skilled Services

CapEx Procurement Support

- Support sourcing activities for:
- - Assembly Benches
- Testing Equipment
- Material Handling Equipment
- Utility Equipment
- Factory Modernization Projects

- Coordinate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams on procurement requirements.





Supplier Management

- Develop and maintain supplier relationships.
- Evaluate supplier performance related to quality, delivery, and cost.
- Support supplier qualification and onboarding activities.
- Identify alternate suppliers to reduce supply risk.

Compliance & Reporting

- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
- Maintain procurement documentation and records.
- Track open purchase orders and supplier commitments.
- Generate procurement reports and savings trackers.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.

Experience

- 2-3 years of experience in indirect procurement within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience handling MRO, services, and indirect spend categories.
