- Greet and assist customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery.
- Explain jewellery designs, quality, weight, pricing and offers.
- Handle customer queries and support sales conversion.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- Assist with billing, packing and basic showroom activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Presentable and confident personality.
- Jewellery sales experience preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Knowledge of Hindi and basic English preferred.
