About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Mechanical Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale Mechanical (MEP) projects across diverse sectors including Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Institutional, Transportation, and Data Centers. The role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and BIM-driven coordination capabilities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of Mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) project scope.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, manpower planning, and resource allocation.
- Oversee BIM coordination (LOD 300–500) ensuring clash-free integration across disciplines.
- Conduct and lead multidisciplinary coordination meetings.
- Review and approve shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and builder’s work drawings.




- Ensure QA/QC compliance and adherence to international standards and project specifications.
- Manage client communication, technical submissions, RFIs, and approvals.
- Support quantity take-offs, BOQs, procurement planning, and commercial tracking.
- Provide technical guidance during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.

Technical Expertise Required

- Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP and Autodesk Navisworks.
- Experience with coordination platforms such as BIM Track and Revizto.
- Familiarity with Common Data Setting (CDE) platforms (Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Bluebeam, ProjectWise).
- Sound understanding of international codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, NEC, IEC).

Experience & Qualifications

- 6–12 years of experience in Mechanical/MEP projects.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a Project Management role.
- Experience in international projects (US, UK, Canada, Middle East, APAC) preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- PMP Certification (Preferred).
- Autodesk/BIM Certifications (Advantageous).
