Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join our Transaction Advisory team, specializing in Project Finance. The successful candidate will play a critical role in advising clients on complex project finance transactions across various sectors, including infrastructure, energy, and real estate. This role involves comprehensive financial analysis, due diligence, transaction structuring, and direct client engagement, contributing significantly to the successful execution of high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage financial modeling efforts for project finance transactions, including building, reviewing, and auditing complex financial models (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Valuation).
- Conduct thorough financial, commercial, and technical due diligence on project finance opportunities, identifying key risks and opportunities.
- Prepare detailed transaction advisory reports, presentations, and memoranda for clients, investors, and lenders.




- Assist in structuring and negotiating project finance deals, including debt, equity, and hybrid financing structures.
- Perform market research and industry analysis to support transaction strategies and client recommendations.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring effective communication, understanding client needs, and delivering high-quality advisory services.
- Oversee junior team members, providing guidance, mentorship, and quality control on deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., tax, legal, technical) and external advisors to ensure seamless transaction execution.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients and other stakeholders in a explicit and concise manner.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including preparing proposals and participating in client pitches.
