Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: Under Graduate

- Experience: Fresher - 0 to 1 Year (Experienced also welcome)

- Language Skills: Must be Proficient in both Hindi & English

- Age: 18 years and above

Skills Required:

- Good communication in Hindi and English

- Basic computer knowledge

- Good listening and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to work in Voice / Customer Support





- Positive attitude and ability to handle customer queries

Job Responsibilities:

- Handling inbound / outbound calls in Hindi & English

- Resolving customer queries and providing correct information

- Maintaining call quality and customer satisfaction

- Updating customer details in the system / CRM

- Achieving daily call targets and quality scores
