- Welcome and engage customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable perfumes.
- Explain fragrance profiles, product features and benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and fragrance trials.
- Achieve daily, monthly and store-level sales targets.
- Promote recent launches, offers and key products.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to customers.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure products are properly stocked.
- Provide excellent customer service and build customer relationships.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area.
- Coordinate with the store team and report sales/customer feedback to the supervisor.
- Follow company grooming, attendance and sales standards.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
