Scholar Abroad is looking for a Study Abroad Counsellor Associate with 1–2 years of experience in study abroad counselling, overseas education & admissions. The candidate will counsel students on European study opportunities, assist with admissions, follow up with leads & contribute to student conversions and admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding study opportunities in European countries based on their academic background, interests, and career goals.
- Assist students in selecting suitable courses, universities, and career pathways.
- Guide students through admission applications, documentation, SOPs, and visa-related processes.
- Handle student enquiries and leads through communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Maintain regular communication with students throughout the application process.
- Coordinate with universities, students, and internal teams to ensure smooth application processing.
- Maintain accurate student records, lead status, follow-ups, and application updates in the CRM.
- Stay updated on university requirements, admission processes, intakes,



scholarships, and study-abroad opportunities.
- Achieve individual and team counselling, follow-up, and admission targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in study abroad counselling & overseas education. *Only Candidates With 1–2 years Of Relevant Experience Should Apply*.
- Good knowledge of international education and university admission processes.
- Solid communication, counselling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand student requirements and recommend suitable study options.
- Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

- Experience counselling students for European universities.
- Knowledge of admission and visa procedures.
- Experience handling education leads and converting enquiries into admissions.
- Strong sales orientation with a student-focused approach.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
