About the Role

Stark Engineering is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler – Architectural & Structural to join our team at Technopark Phase 3, Trivandrum.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit, with a solid understanding of construction-level BIM deliverables. The role involves developing, updating, coordinating, and maintaining Architectural and Structural BIM models while working closely with multidisciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities

BIM Modeling

- Develop, modify, and maintain Architectural and Structural BIM models using Revit.
- Develop and maintain LOD 400 BIM models with accurate geometry, assemblies, components, and construction-level information.
- Create detailed 3D models, plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and construction documentation.
- Incorporate design changes, revisions, and project updates accurately into BIM models.
- Ensure models are suitable for construction coordination and detailed documentation.
- Maintain model accuracy, completeness, and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate Architectural and Structural models with other disciplines.
- Perform clash detection and interference checks using Navisworks Manage.
- Review and identify clashes, modeling discrepancies, and coordination issues.




- Prepare and track clash reports and support project teams in resolving coordination issues.
- Verify levels, grids, coordinates, and spatial relationships across disciplines.
- Support multidisciplinary model federation and coordination activities.

Model Quality & Documentation

- Conduct regular model audits and quality checks.
- Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, LOD requirements, naming conventions, modeling guidelines, and workflows.
- Review models for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission.
- Manage model revisions, submissions, and updates within the Common Data Environment (CDE).
- Support BIM deliverables and documentation as required by the project.

Requirements & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in BIM Modeling, Architectural BIM, Structural BIM, or a similar role.
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit.
- Good knowledge and practical experience in LOD 400 BIM modeling.
- Good knowledge of Architectural and/or Structural BIM modeling.
- Working knowledge of Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination.
- Positive understanding of BIM standards, workflows,



LOD requirements, and project delivery processes.
- Experience with AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) will be an advantage.
