- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Explain menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to guests.
- Serve food and beverages according to café standards.
- Maintain a high level of guest service throughout the dining experience.
- Ensure tables, service areas, counters, and dining spaces are clean and organized.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and barista team for timely order service.
- Check guest satisfaction and respond politely to requests or complaints.
- Handle bills and payments accurately when required.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, grooming, and uniform standards.
- Replenish cutlery, napkins, condiments, and other service supplies.
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the café.
- Follow all hotel and café SOPs and maintain professional behavior at all times.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
