Job Summary
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP DS (Data Services) Lead Technical Consultant with 6–8 years of SAP implementation experience to lead data migration, data quality, and data transformation activities for SAP S/4HANA Greenfield and Brownfield programs in the steel manufacturing industry.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead SAP Data Services design, development and deployment activities.
- Define data migration strategy, cleansing, transformation and reconciliation approach.
- Manage end-to-end SAP migration cycles including mock loads and cutover.
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams for master and transactional data migration.
- Develop ETL jobs, data quality rules, validation and reconciliation reports.
- Lead workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Manage offshore/onshore teams and ensure delivery quality.
- Support cutover, hypercare and post-go-live stabilization.
Steel Industry Expertise
- Materials management, procurement and inventory processes.
- Production planning and steel manufacturing lifecycle.
- Sales, logistics and dispatch operations.
- Quality management and plant maintenance integration.
- Understanding of steel-specific master data and reporting requirements.
Required Technical Skills
- SAP Data Services (BODS) development and administration.
- SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, Data Migration methodologies.
- SAP HANA, SQL, ETL, Data Profiling and Data Quality.
- Integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, EWM and FICO modules.
- Knowledge of SAP Information Steward preferred.
- Experience in data governance and master data management.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related discipline.
- SAP certification preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
