Job Summary

The Business Development Executive will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth in the competitive interior design industry. This role involves market research, lead generation, pitching services, and collaborating with design teams to close deals. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media (LinkedIn), industry events, and referrals.
- Pitch interior design services, prepare customized proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to secure repeat business and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure project feasibility and client satisfaction.
- Track sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Excel or Zoho) and report on targets monthly.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions,



and networking events to promote the firm.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to refine business strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; proficiency in English and Hindi a plus.
- Familiarity with Hyderabad's real estate market and interior design trends.
- Tech-savvy: MS Excel for reporting, CRM software, and LinkedIn for lead generation.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
