Cutbound is a full-stack marketing execution agency. We build and run B2B acquisition systems (LinkedIn outreach, cold email, appointment setting) for clients in SaaS, IT services, consulting, and skilled services.

We're looking for an intern to work on live client campaigns. You'll learn the system from the inside: how an ICP gets defined, how lists get built, how messaging gets tested, and what actually turns a connection request into a booked meeting.

What you'll do:

- Build and clean prospect lists using Sales Navigator filters
- Send connection requests and follow-ups across client accounts
- Personalize outreach messages based on ICP and offer
- Track daily activity: connections sent, replies, interested leads, meetings booked
- Flag what's working and what isn't, so campaigns get improved instead of repeated

What we're looking for:

- Clear written English. You'll be writing messages people actually reply to
- Comfort with spreadsheets and basic prospect research
- Consistency.



This role rewards people who show up daily and follow the process
- Bonus: exposure to Sales Navigator, Apollo, or any CRM

No prior lead generation experience needed. We'll train you on the process. What we can't train is attention to detail and follow-through.
