Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily toy assembly production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Monitor manpower allocation and maintain smooth production line operations.
- Ensure assembly processes are carried out according to quality standards and work instructions.
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Procurement, and Maintenance departments for uninterrupted production.
- Monitor production efficiency, productivity, and line performance.
- Reduce production losses, rework, and material wastage.
- Ensure proper utilization of machines, tools, fixtures, and assembly equipment.
- Maintain daily production reports, manpower reports, and output records.
- Train and guide operators and helpers on assembly procedures and safety practices.
- Implement 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement activities on the shop floor.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and maintain a safe working environment.




- Analyze production issues and take corrective actions to improve productivity.
- Monitor inventory consumption and coordinate material requirements with stores.
- Support recent product development and production trials.
- Ensure timely completion of customer orders as per production schedules.
