Key Responsibilities
- Innovative design concepts development
- Space planning and layout preparation
- 2D/3D drawings and client presentations
- Selection of materials and finishes
- Coordination with clients, vendors, contractors
- Preparation of quotations and BOQs
- Monitoring execution and maintaining quality standards
- Staying updated with current design trends
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit or similar tools
- Strong creativity and visualization skills
- Good understanding of materials and construction
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome to apply
