Position: Telecaller cum Counselor
Location: Khanna
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives/Commission up to ₹20,000
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
- Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and enrollment.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into walk-ins and admissions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead records.
- Handle both Telecalling + Counseling responsibilities.
- Achieve monthly calling, walk-in, and enrollment targets.
- Provide a professional and positive experience to students.
Requirements
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi & Punjabi communication preferred.
- Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, sales, or education sector will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
