About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Billing / Planning Engineer – Civil with strong knowledge of estimation, quantity calculation, construction billing, BOQ, rate analysis, and project scheduling. The candidate will be responsible for billing activities, quantity verification, preparation of BBS, documentation, and coordination with clients and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) and carry out accurate quantity calculations.
- Take and verify measurements as per IS Codes, approved drawings, and specifications.
- Prepare and verify RA Bills and Final Bills.
- Handle Escalation Claims / Bills and maintain supporting documentation.
- Carry out Rate Analysis for Non-Scheduled Items.
- Prepare and review BOQ, Tender Documents, and Work Orders.
- Identify and manage Extra Items and Deviation Items.
- Verify quantities and measurements against drawings and site execution.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Maintain accurate billing records, quantity statements, and project documentation.
- Assist in estimation,



cost monitoring, planning, and project scheduling.
- Prepare reports and maintain project data using MS Excel and MS Office.
- Support project teams in monitoring work progress and updating schedules.

Qualifications & Skills

- B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Around 5 years of relevant experience in billing, estimation, planning, or scheduling.
- Robust knowledge of BBS Preparation and Quantity Calculation.
- Good understanding of IS Codes, Civil Drawings, Specifications, CPWD Norms, and DSR.
- Hands-on experience in RA Bills, Final Bills, Escalation Claims, and Billing Documentation.
- Knowledge of Rate Analysis for Non-Scheduled Items.
- Strong understanding of BOQ, Tender, Work Order, Extra Items, and Deviation Items.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- MS Project knowledge is preferred.
- Strong client coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience in Building / Civil Construction Projects will be preferred.
