We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executives to join a fast-growing digital payments environment.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- Age: Up to 35 years
- Education: 12th Pass or above — Graduation is NOT mandatory
- Experience: Minimum 6 Months in Field Sales/ Freshers welcomed
- Bike + Valid Driving Licence mandatory
- Average/Good communication skills
- Career gap should not exceed 1 year

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month
- Annual CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
- ₹25,000 monthly incentive on achieving the target
- ₹5,000 Travel Allowance — additional to salary
- ₹300 Mobile Allowance
- PF benefit: ₹2,000

TARGET
12 Machines per Month

WORKING HOURS

- Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday: Fixed Off

SCREENING PROCESS




Candidates will be assessed on:

- Self-introduction
- Understanding of Field Sales
- A practical sales pitch — “Sell me something”
- Reason for switching
- Why do you want to join this organization?

INTERVIEW WINDOW
Daily | 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
