Job Role: Openstack Developer

Experience:6+years

Job Description:

Technical Skills :

OpenStack : Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Keystone, Glance, Heat, Placement, Swift, Ceilometer, Gnocchi

Programming: Python (advanced), Bash scripting

Database : MariaDB/MySQL, Cassandra

Messaging: RabbitMQ, Redis

Infrastructure: Linux (RHEL/CentOS 8), KVM virtualization, libvirt

Networking: Open vSwitch (OVS), SDN concepts, VLAN, VXLAN, SR-IOV, IPv4/IPv6

High Availability: Pacemaker/Corosync clustering, HAProxy, Keepalived

Container: Docker, Podman, Kubernetes basics

Configuration Management: Kolla-ansible, Ansible

Experience : 6–7 years

Notice : Immediate joiners or 1 month.

OpenStack Development :

- 6+ experience on OpenStack development

- Kolla-based OpenStack deployment

- Solid experience with Kolla-ansible for containerized OpenStack deployment

- Experience in OpenStack upgrade and migration projects

- Active contributor to OpenStack community

- Track record of commits, reviews,



or bug fixes in OpenStack projects

- Familiarity with OpenStack development workflow (Gerrit, CI/CD)

- Experience with upstream collaboration and patch submissions

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and maintain OpenStack services and custom drivers

2. Deploy and manage Kolla-based containerized OpenStack clusters

3. Integrate Samsung MANO platform with OpenStack

4. Create Heat templates for VNF deployment

5. Maintain HA clusters and ensure system reliability

6. Perform OpenStack upgrades and migrations

7. Contribute bug fixes and features to OpenStack upstream

8. Write automation scripts for deployment and operations

9. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
