Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Glazing Head / Project Head to lead execution of fire‑rated glazing and framing system projects. The role involves complete ownership of project design, preparing BOQ, technical compliance, client coordination, delivery and team leadership. Candidates from interior fit‑out, aluminium, façade, steel glazing, or fire‑rated system companies are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end‑to‑end execution of fire‑rated glazing & framing system projects
- Manage BOQ, design coordination, shop drawings, approvals, site execution and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Ensure compliance with fire‑rating standards.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, quality, and safety.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, PMCs, fire consultants, and authorities.
- Handle vendors, subcontractors, procurement, and fabrication tracking.
- Lead and mentor project team, engineers, QA/QC & site teams.
- Support technical inputs for tenders, BOQs, and value engineering.

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
