We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in converting enquiries into business.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Introduce and explain our company’s products/services.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule meetings and appointments with potential clients.
- Handle basic customer queries professionally.
- Maintain daily records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and qualified communication style.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.
- Previous telecalling or sales experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
