We are looking for a Detail-oriented and proactive qualified with strong experience in GEM portal management, government tendering, bid coordination, documentation, compliance, and operational support. Skilled in identifying relevant tenders, managing the end-to-end bid process, coordinating pre-bid meetings, maintaining tender and order trackers, and handling official communication with government departments, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain product listings on the GEM portal.
- Identify relevant government tenders and opportunities and manage the complete bid application process.
- Monitor GEM bids, tenders, orders, timelines, and updates.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain tender, GEM, project, compliance, and operational documentation.
- Attend and coordinate pre-bid meetings, both online and face-to-face.
- Maintain proper records of pre-bid discussions, clarifications, amendments, and tender-related communication.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, technical teams, vendors, and government departments.




- Support the complete operational cycle from requirement understanding and documentation to execution and closure.
- Handle official emails, letters, quotations, tender communications, and order-related correspondence.
- Maintain trackers for tenders, bids, orders, projects, inventory, documentation, and pending actions.

Requirements:

- Good working knowledge of the GEM portal, tendering, and government procurement processes.
- Experience in handling pre-bid meetings and government tenders.
- Strong understanding of documentation, compliance, and operational coordination.
- Good command of MS Excel, email communication, and documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of meeting strict deadlines.
- Ability to independently follow up on tasks and take ownership from initiation to completion.
