About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1-3 years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will support the creation of visual content across digital and print media, working closely with the marketing team to bring brand campaigns, social media content, and marketing collateral to life.

Key Responsibilities

Design Execution

- Design creatives for social media, digital ads, email campaigns, and website banners
- Create marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, and print materials
- Design graphics for company branding, including logos, templates, and brand guidelines support
- Support the creation of visual assets for campaigns, product launches, and events

Collaboration

- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand design briefs and translate them into visual concepts
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs within given timelines
- Coordinate with external vendors/printers for production of physical marketing materials, where required

Brand Consistency

- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity
- Maintain and organize a design asset library (templates, logos, stock imagery, fonts)

Process & Delivery

- Manage multiple design requests simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a graphic design role (agency or in-house)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); basic knowledge of Canva is a plus
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design skills across digital and print media

Key Skills

- Strong visual design sense with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple projects




- Willingness to learn and take feedback constructively
- Basic knowledge of social media design formats and specifications

Preferred Attributes

- Exposure to motion graphics or basic video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus
- Familiarity with UI/UX design basics (Figma) is an advantage

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with 3-6 years of experience to take ownership of design projects end-to-end, mentor junior designers, and elevate the overall visual and brand identity of the company. The ideal candidate combines strong creative instincts with the ability to work independently, manage stakeholders, and deliver polished, on-brand work across digital and print channels.

Key Responsibilities

Design Ownership

- Independently lead design projects from concept to final delivery across digital, print, and brand campaigns
- Design high-impact creatives for social media, paid ad campaigns, websites, email marketing, and presentations
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all internal and external communication
- Create and evolve marketing collateral, packaging, event branding, and promotional material as needed

Creative Strategy

- Translate business and marketing objectives into compelling visual concepts and campaign ideas
- Partner with marketing, product, and leadership teams to conceptualize creative direction for major campaigns or launches




- Bring fresh design perspectives and proactively suggest improvements to existing brand and creative assets

Team & Stakeholder Management

- Mentor and review work of junior designers, providing constructive feedback
- Manage relationships with external agencies, freelance designers, printers, and production vendors
- Present design concepts confidently to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively

Process & Quality

- Establish and maintain design workflows, templates, and asset libraries for efficiency and consistency
- Ensure all creative output meets brand, quality, and technical specifications before final delivery
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
- 3-6 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 1-2 years in a role involving ownership of projects or mentoring junior designers
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign, and multi-format design work
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma or Canva experience preferred

Key Skills

- Strong conceptual and visual storytelling ability
- Solid understanding of branding, typography, layout, and color theory
- Ability to manage stakeholders and present/defend design decisions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
